You my Angels don’t worry about me, 

you simply believe in my strengths and abilities,

 and ask that I do the same about 

both myself and other people, too. 

I take a step back and ask you Angels 

to take care of (me/the person/situation)

 I am worrying about and then resolve 

to turn my mind to other 

stress free thoughts and activities. 

I think and act with a positive outlook, 

I believe that you Angels 

will look after everything for me

 and I enjoy the renewed inner calm

 those actions will bring.

in a situation that has been worrying me.

I-Rev.Bola relax now into his restorative care and imagine myself,

or any other person I am concerned about,

wrapped safely within Archangel Raphael’s healing wings.

I allow myself to let go of all the stress and have faith that

the necessary healing process is being taken care of for me now.

Dear Lord Jesus,

You taught us to pray:-

Our Father who art in Heaven

Hallowed be thy name.

Thy Kingdom come.

Thy Will be done on Earth

As it is in the Heavens.

Give us this day our daily nourishment

And forgive us our trespasses

As we forgive those who trespass against us.

Lead us not into temptation

But deliver us from evil.

For thine is the Kingdom

Dear Mother Earth,

Greetings and thanks for your 
unconditional love of humanity.

Accept my gratitude for all 
you contribute to our daily existence.

Forgive humanity please, for our many ignorant, 
And abusive ways towards you.

Accept my repentance and sorrow.

Show us a more enlightened way to coexist with you.

I love you, as do many other beings here.

You are an awesome, beautiful and marvelous planet.

Dear Citizens of Heaven,
